• Adhesive Lamination

  Lanker offers a variety of complex packaging film lamination solutions, including solvent-free adhesive lamination and solvent-based adhesive lamination. Lanker's high-performance lamination equipment provides maximum flexibility in substrate bonding, enabling the design of flexible packaging films that can withstand aggressive contents.

• Extrusion Lamination and Coating

  We provide hybrid packaging film structures using both extrusion and adhesive lamination, along with advanced coating and drying capabilities, to meet the needs of applications requiring higher flexibility and barrier properties.

Printing Facility

Lanker provides top-tier printing for your products using cutting-edge 10-color rotogravure and digital printing technologies. We use solvent-based and water-based inks that comply with food-grade safety standards, along with a range of advanced capabilities and technologies:

• Reverse printing with 1.1m and 1.2m web widths

• Advanced plate-making equipment with microdot systems for precise alignment.

• Built-in defect detection system

Pouch Converting Facility

Lanker provides top-tier printing for your products using cutting-edge 10-color rotogravure and digital printing technologies. We use solvent-based and water-based inks that comply with food-grade safety standards, along with a range of advanced capabilities and technologies:

• Spouted pouches (with corner or middle spout)

• Stand-up pouches (with K-seal bottom or round seal bottom )
