Aseptic liquid packaging is a packaging system that uses food-specific cardboard as the base material, and is a paper packaging compounded by polyethylene, paper, aluminum foil, etc. It is widely used in liquid dairy products, vegetable protein beverages, fruit juice beverages, alcoholic products and drinking water. At present, more than 90% of the production of aseptic liquid packaging in my country is occupied by Tetra Pak Packaging Co., Ltd. of Sweden and Kangmei Packaging Co., Ltd. of Germany. Therefore, many people call the aseptic package Tetra Pak or Combibloc.

Aseptic liquid packaging is a veritable “green packaging”. In the liquid food packaging of foreign developed countries, aseptic packaging has accounted for more than 65%, while domestically it only accounts for about 20%. Since my country’s aseptic liquid packaging started in the late 1970s, it is currently in a period of vigorous development, and the country has invested a lot of technical and financial support. In addition, my country has a large population and abundant products. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous updating of people’s consumption concepts, the domestic consumer market for aseptic liquid packaging will have broad prospects.

With the rapid development of the times, the speed and efficiency requirements of production and processing equipment are getting higher and higher. Aseptic liquid packaging is faced with such a complicated process. At present, relying on manual quality control of each link of liquid packaging production can no longer meet the requirements. Liquid packaging manufacturers often encounter the following two quality difficulties:

1. The quality in the production process cannot be guaranteed, resulting in a large number of continuous waste products, which greatly reduces corporate profits;

2. The quality of the product terminal cannot be guaranteed, and we often encounter complaints, fines, and even lost orders from terminal customers.
