- Environmental control
Solvent-free composites, including combinations of general and cooked products, have high environmental requirements for production. Environmental sanitation requirements: production workshop, mosquitoes, etc., dry composite equipment sanitary requirements. Make sure that all rubber rollers, steel rollers and other parts of the equipment on the solvent-free compound machine are clean and free of stains.
2, the amount of glue control
The amount of glue should be adjusted according to the thickness of the printing ink, the requirements of the package contents, the type of substrate film, and the composite appearance on site. Improper control of the amount of glue not only affects the appearance of the product, but also affects the final peel strength and retort resistance.
The amount of sizing of solventless cooking is usually controlled at 1.8-2.2 g / m2. For materials with a small printing ink area, the amount of sizing can be less. Suitable for products with large or spicy ink, spicy and greasy. When appropriate, the amount of glue should be increased as appropriate. In a small test, two or three different sizing inks can be tested to select the best process.
- Control curing conditions
It should mature within the curing temperature and time range provided by the adhesive manufacturer. The curing temperature and time are not sufficient to seriously affect the final cooking tolerance of the product. In the maturation process, it is usually necessary to complete a maturation process to avoid testing and incomplete curing tests. It is found that after the maturation is completed, the secondary maturation after the replacement maturation will affect the maturation process. The final performance of the product.
Under normal conditions, the curing conditions should be controlled at 40 to 50 ° C for 48 to 72 h, which is controlled according to the adhesive manufacturer’s technical specifications.
4, necessary small test before production
A small test is required to verify the compatibility of the ink, composite substrate and solvent-free binder before the formal production of solvent-free compounds. Because the performance of the composite packaging material is not only related to the adhesive used, but also closely related to the substrate and ink used. In particular, mixing of cooking materials is particularly important in small-scale trials.
Small test products can be filled not only at 121 ° C or in vacuum cooking. If completed, the contents of the actual package must be filled for retort sterilization testing, as different package contents (if possible, acids, bases, salts, acids, spicy, etc.) include sim, hemp, and the like. Different effects on the permeability of the membrane material and the adhesive properties of the adhesive; there is no problem in cooking at 1280 ° C in water, which does not mean that sterilization at 121 ° C after loading the contents of the package is of course not The problem: the actual temperature of the bacteria can be mass-produced according to the regulations only after the contents of the package are loaded, and there is no problem. If the problems of film, ink, package contents, etc. are not fully considered, it is easy to cause the quality of the retort bag only by considering the heat resistance of the adhesive.
5, breakthrough high temperature cooking solvent-free composite technology
Solvent-free polyurethane adhesives for high temperature cooking have always had the disadvantage of high operating temperatures and inconvenient use. After technical breakthroughs, Lanker Pack broke the original idea and adjusted the molecular structure to develop WD8156 solvent-free cooking glue. This product belongs to ordinary, boiled and cooked glue. It only needs normal temperature operation and solves the general cooking glue.
